Women’s Health Consult
I support women with a range of reproductive or hormonal challenges using evidence-based and holistic nutrition principles.

An in-depth 60-75-minute consultation with a comprehensive review of your nutrition and dietary intake, blood test analysis, lifestyle and medical history. I believe in personalised care that is tailored to each persons’ unique needs.
Up-to-date and evidence-based dietary and supplement guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Enhance your understanding of nutrition and hormones with expert advice. Understand how to nourish your body with realistic, clear nutrition strategies.
A meal guide customised to you to give clear examples of meals to include. Additional recipes also provided.
A supplement regimen meticulously crafted to suit your needs and lifestyle if required.
A clear Nutrition Care Plan, completed by me outside of session time and emailed to you.
Polyendocrine Metabolic ovarian Syndrome (PMOS)

Endometriosis
As a women’s health dietitian, I support women with endometriosis using practical, evidence-based nutrition. My approach is about helping you feel informed, supported, and confident in how you nourish your body, without overwhelm or rigid rules.

Functional Testing
From bloating to burnout, your symptoms might be rooted deeper than you think. I offer access to a range of functional tests through Nutripath; including microbiome mapping, SIBO breath testing, vaginal microbiome screening, hormone panels, and more.
