As a general rule, no. I don’t believe in calorie counting because it is very difficult to get it correct (think weighing food to the gram) and also difficult to assess exact calorie expenditure. In certain circumstances, it can help to increase knowledge of food and energy dense vs nutrient dense, however I only utilise it as an educational short term tool.

I give meal guides. The key difference being that it is meal plan that is flexible and adjustable. It gives you the tools to move meals around, change combinations and make additions or substitutions. My aim is to give you the knowledge and education so you are able to create your own meals.
However, I love the idea of using a comprehensive meal plan as a template for how you can reach your goals and providing recipes inspiration. Custom meal plans are available to all clients for additional cost (find out more in the resource hub).

No! Truth bomb…I don’t really like cooking. Whilst I will endeavour to provide you with a range of healthy recipes, I just don’t think it is feasible to spend hours everyday cooking fancy meals. Instead, I encourage easy to cook, quick meals that are nourishing and convenient.
