Payment
During your online booking you will complete an intake form. The form will ask you to enter your credit card details (encrypted and secure). This will allow us to process your payment after the appointment and send you an invoice.
If you have a GP plan, your rebate will be processed for you.
If you are claiming a private health insurance rebate, you’ll be able to use the details on your invoice to claim.
Medicare
Certain chronic conditions are eligible for a Medicare rebate (endometriosis, PMOS). If your doctor has referred you on a GP Care Plan that includes dietetics, you will be eligible to receive a $61.80 rebate on up to 5 appointments in a calendar year. Chat to your GP to see if dietetics could help with your condition!
Private Health Insurance
Many private health insurance policies cover dietetics. This cannot be used in conjunction with Medicare. Contact your health fund to see what is included in your plan. You will be provided with a receipt to claim the rebate after the appointment. *may differ for clients outside of Australia
The Item code is 500 for initial consults and 600 for review consults.
Cancellation
Please be aware that we have implemented a 24 hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you please cancel any appointments at least 24 hours prior to avoid 50% consult fee.
