  • Nourish is designed for women who are looking for a structured, evidence-based approach to managing PCOS, fertility, sustainable weight loss, IBS or balancing hormones. This program is completely personalised, meaning you will pick your pathway and receive guidance that is specific to your needs and goals.

  • Unlike generic programs, Nourish is completely tailored to you. Your plan is built around your blood work, symptoms, and health goals, and you receive one-on-one support throughout the full 12 weeks. Picture it like a full service coaching package. There are no restrictive meal plans or one-size-fits-all advice. This is about creating a sustainable, personalised strategy that works for you.

  • If you already have recent blood test results (within the last 3–6 months), these can be used to guide your plan. If not, we will work together to determine which tests would be helpful, and you can arrange them with your GP. Most standard blood tests are covered by Medicare in Australia, but this may vary if you are outside Australia.

  • No, Nourish is not about restriction. The goal is to help you build a flexible, balanced approach to eating that supports your hormones, energy levels, and long-term health. You will receive guidance on what to focus on and practical strategies for implementing changes in a way that suits your lifestyle.

  • By the end of the program, you will have a clear plan, a better understanding of your body, and practical tools to continue supporting your health long-term. If you feel you need ongoing guidance, there is an option to book additional follow-up consultations or continue on the monthly program.

  • Since Nourish is a one-on-one program, spots are limited to ensure high-quality support. To secure your place, book your new client consult today.

  • The 12 week program total cost is $890. This works out to be $74 a week or 4 x payments of $222.5 for a complete coaching service.
